Two New Member Universities

We have the pleasure to welcome two new universities in the network of BUP member universities: Klaipeda University and Baranovichi State University.

Klaipeda University is situated in the coastal town and seaport Klaipeda, Lithuania. The university has about 5,000 students. The university was founded in 1991. From the beginning there were three faculties but it has since grown to 7 faculties and 8 institutes.

Baranovichi State University is situated in the historic city of Baranovichi in the Brest Region in western Belarus. The university was established in 2004. Today the university has about 4,000 students, 5 faculties and 21 departments.
