The courses intend to give a professional knowledge on the state of the water resources in the Baltic region, their present use and management, and the challenge of creating sustainable water use practices in the different countries in the Baltic Sea catchment area. With the use of video-, audio- and data conference systems the participating students engage in common seminars.
