Education for ChangeEducation for Change (EduC) is a project aiming at enhancing the competence of teachers, both school and university teachers, on how to implement the concept of Sustainable Development in their education. The method used is the well known Study Circle. A method developed as an effective means of informal education.

You and your colleges are welcome to join the project and constitute your own study circle. The course materials is available as pdf-files for download not only in English but also in Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Russian and Swedish. The EduC Handbook

Education for Change Handbook Education for Change:
A Handbook for Teaching and Learning Sustainable Development

This is a handbook for educators by educators and is intended as a practical handbook for teaching sustainable development. It's intended for teachers and student teachers as well as capacity building for experienced educators.

In addition to the handbook there are two accompanying booklets Manual for Participants of Study Circles and a Guidelines for Consultants of Study Circles that contain more information on how to successfully use the Study Circle method. All materials are available in English, Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Russian and Swedish language versions and possible to download as pdf-files from the EduC Teaching Materials page.

The P-stop Handbook

P-stop. Teaching and learning for sustainable development.Another interesting WWF project for school teachers is P-STOP. This project has produced a handbook entitled "P-stop. Teaching and learning for sustainable development - about laundry, lavatory and underwater ecosystems".
